1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with all included accessories and original packaging.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Sale and discounted items are eligible for returns.
2. How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping through USPS. The cost depends on the selected USPS service and package details.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us with your order details and photographs, if available. BlueRayAve will cover the appropriate return shipping costs and provide instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are generally not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

BlueRayAve charges no restocking fees ($0) for eligible returns.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible products and place a new order.
